This self-adhesive roof waterproofing membrane made of bitumen is a practical solution for permanently watertight roof surfaces –
ideal for garden houses, sheds & slightly pitched roofs. Cold-applied (no torch required), with strong adhesion
and a UV-resistant, coated aluminium top layer – for reliable waterproofing in a short time.

Suitable substrates
Suitable for example for concrete, masonry, metal, plastics (except PVC) as well as dry, non-resinous wood.
The substrate must be dry, dust-free, silicone-free, grease-free and abrasion-resistant.
Porous/lightly soiled surfaces can be prepared with a bituminous primer if necessary (allow to dry completely).
How to apply (simple & proven)

Optimal application from +15 °C (membrane & surface temperature): For best adhesion, the membrane and the substrate should be at least +15 °C.
To increase bonding strength, gently warm the substrate and the membrane if required.

Prepare the substrate properly: On old wood, concrete and existing bitumen membranes, we recommend pre-treating with our Bitumen Primer V.
On dusting/chalking surfaces, please use our Universal Bonding Primer.

The substrate must be dry, dust-free, grease-free and load-bearing.

Lay the membrane lengthwise in the direction of the slope.

First remove the release film on an approx. 10 cm strip, then position and align the membrane.

Then roll out step by step and press down firmly / roll with a pressure roller – avoid air pockets.
Allow an overlap of approx. 10 cm and roll down the overlap area firmly with particular care.
