<p>
For orders with a value of €100 or more, we deliver <strong>free of charge</strong> to ground level within Germany.<br />
For orders below €100, a flat shipping fee of €4.90 applies within Germany.<br />
We offer express delivery on business days for next-day delivery (excluding Saturday) for €12.00, provided the order is received by 10:45 a.m.<br />
Access must be suitable for delivery of insulation materials by truck. Island deliveries are available on request with an individual quote. Parcel delivery time is usually 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.<br />
All delivery dates are non-binding. Any claims for damages by the customer due to late delivery cannot be accepted. If the customer does not accept the goods on the agreed delivery date, the resulting costs will be charged to them.

Shipping costs outside Germany apply to parcel-shippable goods. Insulation materials on request.<br />
Customers from the European Economic Area can, after creating a customer account and providing a valid VAT ID number,<br />
be invoiced for deliveries abroad without German VAT.<br />
For countries outside the European Economic Area, customs clearance may be required.<br />
Fees for customs clearance and any duties are not included in the shipping price. Minimum order value Great Britain: €200.00
