DOBAU® Duo Primer 10 kg

The DOBAU® Voranstrich Duo is a low-VOC, environmentally friendly adhesion primer based on a bitumen emulsion with DOBAU® duo technology. It impresses with fast dust-dry curing, high penetration and excellent dust binding – even on slightly damp substrates. Ideal as a primer for bitumen-based coatings and waterproofing systems as well as for roofing membranes and cold self-adhesive sheets.

DOBAU® Voranstrich Duo is used as a primer for:

• cold- or hot-applied bitumen-based paints, coatings and spray-applied compounds

• bitumen roofing membranes and cold self-adhesive sheets

• Substrate: sound, clean, free from oil/grease and loose particles

• Preparation: stir thoroughly / homogenize before use

• Application: can be applied by brushing or spraying

• Temperature: substrate surface and ambient temperature > +5 °C

• Protection: protect from rain, water and frost during application and drying

• Theoretical consumption: approx. 0.2–0.3 kg/m² (depending on the substrate)

• Container: 10 kg – sufficient for approx. 40 m² (depending on the substrate)

• Clean tools with water while still fresh (tip: slightly moisten tools before use)

• Once cured, cleaning e.g. with BIGUMA®-SWS

• In unopened original containers, at least 12 months shelf life

• Store frost-free, avoid direct sunlight and strong heat exposure

• Keep opened containers tightly closed

Contains, among other substances, 1,2-Benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one / 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one – may cause an allergic reaction (EUH208).
