The Universal Adhesion Primer is a transparent, polymer-based primer for all bitumen tapes. It binds dust adhering to mineral substrates, stabilizes porous surfaces and creates a reliable bonding bridge – ideal for a permanently secure bond on concrete, stone, masonry and plaster.

Application
Used as a primer for bonding bitumen tapes to concrete, stone and porous, absorbent mineral substrates. The primer is designed to bind adhering dust and create a reliable bonding bridge.
Application Instructions
- Preparation: The surfaces to be bonded must be cleaned.
- Preparation: The substrate should be dry, load-bearing and free from loose particles, grease and heavy soiling.
- Primer application: Apply the primer thinly and evenly (e.g. with a brush or roller).
- Primer application: Before applying the bitumen tapes, the primer must be dry.
- Primer application: The primer should be smear-resistant to the touch.
- Primer application: The primed surface must remain dust-free and dry to ensure a strong bond (e.g. with concrete).
