TargoBENDIX UV
TargoBENDIX UV is a high-performance tape for outdoor use for permanently wind-tight bonding on facade membranes, especially on facades with open joints/gapped cladding.
The tape is installed behind the facade cladding and is later invisible, while remaining UV-resistant and reliable in its sealing function.
Applications
For wind-tight sealing of:
- Overlaps of facade membranes
- Connections to building components
- Penetrations (e.g. cables or pipes) in facade applications

- Wood and rigid wood-based panels
- Gypsum fibreboards and plasterboard panels
- Painted wood / rigid plastic
- Corrosion-protected metal

Application Instructions
- Substrates/membranes must be load-bearing, dry, and free from dust and grease.
- Seal overlaps and connections without gaps.
- For heavily textured or soiled substrates, use TargoPRIMER S / W beforehand.
Important: The tape provides the function of airtight/wind-tight sealing, not that of a force-locking connection. Membranes must be installed without tension/with overlap and mechanically secured if exposed to tensile stress.
