DOBAU® Plast S 10 kg – Liquid Waterproofing for Balcony, Terrace & Flat Roof
DOBAU® Plast S is a liquid-applied, highly elastic waterproofing compound based on a polymer-bitumen emulsion – ideal for balconies, terraces and flat roofs in refurbishment and repair projects. The compound is thixotropic (non-sagging), crack-bridging and solvent-free. It offers very good adhesion to bituminous as well as mineral substrates and can also be applied well to slightly damp surfaces.

Application
- Prepare the substrate: sound, level and clean; fill depressions > 5 mm in advance.
- Primer: For reliable adhesion on, for example, old/new roofing membranes or sheet metal, a primer such as DOBAU® Voranstrich Duo is recommended.
- Important: Do not use on tar-containing membranes (tar is incompatible).
- Application: apply at least 2 coats with or without reinforcing fleece, e.g. DOBAU® fleece.
- Drying: apply the next coat only after complete drying (depending on conditions 1–3 days).
- Weather conditions: component and ambient temperature > +5 °C; protect from rain and frost during drying.
