naturheld Flow – Wood Fibre Blown-In Insulation Pallet 270 kg
naturheld Flow is an ecological wood fibre blown-in insulation made from pure wood fibres for all closed cavities in roofs, walls and ceilings. The fibre material is installed under pressure using blowing machines and completely fills cavities flexibly, joint-free and without waste, even in complex constructions or installations within the cavity.
Properties and Benefits
- Joint-free and waste-free insulation of cavities (flexible application)
- Vapor permeable, increased construction safety
- Excellent insulation in winter and outstanding heat protection in summer (high heat storage capacity)
- Moisture-regulating (sorption capacity) for a comfortable indoor climate
- Long-term settlement stability with low material usage
- Highly economical, no cutting waste, leftover material can be reused
- Sound and fire protection certifications available
Applications
Blown-in insulation for closed structural cavities in roofs, walls and ceilings. Additionally, naturheld Flow can be used as open blow insulation when applied as exposed insulation on horizontal, curved or moderately inclined surfaces (e.g. top floor ceilings).
Installation
- Installation using suitable blowing and open-blow machine technology via hoses to the installation location
- Installation is carried out by trained partners and licensed contractors in accordance with approval
- Note on settlement stability: requires the correct installed quantity according to the compaction table and uniform distribution within the cavity
