Application

The mounting bracket strip creates a defined surface for simple and reliable airtight sealing to angular and slightly rounded penetrations, e.g. for exterior use with the DASAPLANO system in the case of rafter penetrations on roof restoration projects. Sealing to difficult subsurfaces – e.g. reconditioned wood – can also be carried out by using TESCON PRIMER.

Penetrations – such as airtight sealing to visible ties in pitched roof areas or to ceiling beams in the case of interior wall insulation across a number of storeys – are easy to implement using TESCON FIX.
