Knauf Supafil® Cavity Wall – Glass Wool Cavity Wall Insulation, 16.6 kg Bag
Knauf Insulation Supafil® Cavity Wall is a loose glass wool insulation material without added binders that is blown by machine through hoses and nozzles as cavity wall insulation into the cavity of double-leaf masonry. The insulation material is permanently water-repellent, resin-free and naturally non-combustible.
Properties and Benefits
- Specially designed for blown-in insulation of double-leaf masonry (cavity wall insulation)
- Thermal conductivity class 035 at a bulk density of 30–40 kg/m³
- Fully hydrophobic, permanently water-repellent (meets WS / WL(P))
- Non-combustible, building material class A1
- Settlement-safe: settlement class S1 (no measurable settlement < 1%)
- Solvent-free
Application Area
For cavity wall insulation by machine installation into the cavity of double-leaf masonry.
Installation Notes
- Installed as blown-in insulation using suitable machine technology (blowing machine)
- Minimum cavity width: 40 mm
