RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Latzel Dämmstoffe GmbH & Co. KG, Neue Gärten 14, 74821 Mosbach, unifloc@yahoo.de, Telephone: +49 6261 17613, Fax: +49 6261 18795) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract, to:
Latzel Dämmstoffe GmbH & Co. KG, Im Oberen Tal 5, 74858 Aglasterhausen. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
