Shipping & Returns

We deliver free of charge at ground level within Germany for orders with a minimum value of €100.
For orders below €100, a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.90 applies within Germany.
We offer express delivery on working days for next-day delivery (excluding Saturday) for €12 if the order is received by 10:45 a.m.
Access for delivery of insulation materials must be suitable for trucks. Island deliveries are subject to an individual quotation. Parcel delivery time is generally 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.
All delivery dates are non-binding. Any claims for damages by the customer due to delayed delivery cannot be accepted. If the customer does not accept the goods on the agreed delivery date, the resulting costs will be charged to the customer.

Shipping costs outside Germany apply to parcel-compatible goods. Insulation materials on request.
Customers from the European Economic Area may be invoiced for deliveries abroad without German VAT after creating a customer account and providing a valid VAT ID number.
For countries outside the European Economic Area, customs clearance may be required.
Customs clearance fees and any duties are not included in the shipping price. Minimum order value for Great Britain: €200.
